Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of transaction to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This product – Push X Band™ – is not a toy and must be used only by adults or under adult supervision. Do not allow children to use the Push X Band™ without prior consultation with a healthcare provider. Always inspect the Push X Band™ before each use for any signs of wear, such as nicks, small tears, or punctures. If the product shows any defects, discard and replace it before further use. Never use the Push X Band™ in a manner that could cause it to snap toward your head or face, particularly around the eyes, as this may result in serious injury. Always remove jewelry (rings, watches, etc.) and be cautious of sharp fingernails or other objects that could damage or puncture the product. Ensure you use the Push X Band™ in an area free from obstacles or obstructions that could cause entanglement or injury.
Do not stretch the Push X Band™ beyond arm’s length, either with individual loops or when combined. Overstretching may cause the product to break, resulting in serious injury. The Push X Band™ is intended exclusively for pushing exercises. It is not designed to support body weight or be used as a suspension device. Do not perform bodyweight training exercises that require the Push X Band™ to hold your body weight. Misuse can lead to serious injury.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store the Push X Band™ in a safe location, away from sharp objects. Avoid exposing the product to direct heat or intense sunlight, which could compromise its integrity. Clean the product with mild soap detergent and cold water. Allow it to air dry flat. Avoid using disinfectants and alcohol based cleaners. Always remove jewelry and take care not to expose the product to objects that could damage or puncture it.
